Western Liberalism vs Islamism?

Is it true that there is currently no ideological Rival Awe to Western Liberalism other than Islamism? First of all, if such a thing were true, then that would be a very good reason to embrace Political Islamism. But it is only partly true. Instead it is mostly false both because it monolithizes Islamism and because it pretends not to see the Fourth Political Theory. And yet the Fourth Political Theory is the reason why this view is partly true.

For Political Islamism is Political Civilizationism of a particular Islamic Civilization. Always under the presupposition of a supposed civilizational unity of the particular Islamic World. Which is as likely as the supposed unity of the Christian World. Western World exists. The Orthodox World exists. Does a unified Christian World exist?

Therefore, the saying that the only "ideological" Rival Awe today to Western Liberalism is Islamism would make sense if in place of Islamism we put - and always on the condition of avoiding the construction of postmodern "jihadism" by the West itself - Political Civilizationism, which means the particular Fourth Political Theory for each particular Civilization. Heidegger's Dasein! Dasein existiert völkisch! Our Deep Volk Cultural Soul. And therefore religious in the Platonic sense of religious piety.

In this sense, although we find the Fourth Political Theory mainly in the Teachings of Alexander Dugin - and indeed geopolitically it can be considered the ideological arm of Russian Eurasianism, not in the narrow sense of interests, as the alleged realists claim, but in the light of the historical geostrategic dialectic of global power between Land and Sea since the conflict between Sparta and Athens - and while he attributes its paternity to the French thinker Alain de Benoist, the Existing Platonism of the Iranian Islamic Revolution is indeed the only profound and substantial "ideological" Rival Awe to Western Liberalism.

Ultimately, the above insight, if we want to resist and build our own Rival Awe to Western Liberalism - and thus reject nationalism as its instrumentalized arm from the outset, but not ethnicism as an organic component of Civilizational "Imperialism"* - allows us to be able to turn to the same source of inspiration as the Iranian Islamic Revolution without having to "convert" to Islam. It is enough to return to our own Secret Source, our own Dasein, our own Deep Soul.

* And the well known "pleasing ears" to the "foreigners" of the nationalists ultimately ends up meaningless in the dialectic of global power. Narrow nationalism wants you to look solely to your narrow material interest, then you go with the powerful one of the day, except that the shift in times of shifting center of gravity of global power is not always painless.
