If we talk about hegemony in global politics, we cannot currently consider hegemonic influence without the legal mechanisms of hegemony. In this regard, Gramsci's theory speaks of the spiritual and cultural exploitation of the working class (proletariat) through 'bourgeois' values, thus contributing to the bourgeoisisation of the proletariat. In much the same way, European philosophy, European anthropology and European culture became the source of international law, its principles and norms.

The crisis around Ukraine has both geopolitical and ideological dimensions. From the very beginning of the aggravation of the situation on the eastern borders of this country, various political forces in the United States and Europe assessed the unfolding events differently. Liberals and globalists have united with Kiev, representatives of other ideological movements have taken a more favorable position towards Russia. The start of large-scale hostilities against the current regime in Kiev on the part of Russia caused various reactions: from hysteria on the part of the liberals, to condemnation with a call to immediately start a dialogue on the part of the conservatives.

To this conference attended for example, Marine Le Pen - the leader of French National Front, Matteo Salvini - the leader of Italian Lega Nord, Geert Wilders - the leader of Party for Freedom from Netherlands, Frauke Petry - the leader of Alternative for Germany, and some other not as welln known but important members of the “Movement for a Europe of Nations and Freedom.
