"Economist" made a rating: Ukrainian Kiev is a hellhole

A Rating of favorable cities in the world has been made by the "Economist" magazine. According to it, Kiev hit the top ten worst for living and working, its compared with African countries: Libya, Nigeria, Algeria, Zimbabwe. Thus Kiev show the most significant negative trend and can be compared with Papua - New Guinea, located on the fifth place with the city of Port Moresby.
The study evaluated the city on several factors: stability, healthcare, culture, environment, education and infrastructure.
The leaders of the rating are still three Australian and three Canadian cities. Tehran showed the best dynamics in development. Moscow is in the middle of the list.
