Yıldırım thanked the leader of "Vatan" for support against the coup

Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım thanked the Party "Vatan" (Motherland Party), and personally its leader Dogu Perincek for his support of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan during the US-backed coup attempt. According to Yıldırım, without the help of activists of the party "we could not stop the coup"

The Prime Minister also stressed the positive influence of the Party "Vatan" in the Turkish army during the coup. He made it clear that this party can become a partner of the government in the future.
