U.S. special forces fail recent operation in Yemen

The objective of the secret operations of U.S. special forces in Yemen, held in January, was liquidation of a terrorist leader named Qassim Al-Rimi. He is a head of al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula.

On January 29 th U.S. special forces conducted the operation, during which 14 terrorists were killed. Among the liquidated terrorists there were three prominent members of Al Qaeda: Abdulraoof (or Abdul Rauf) al-Dhahab, Sultan al-Dhahab and Seif al-Nims. However, Qassim Al-Rimi did not die in the firefight. This fact has been assumed by his recent video addressed to Donald Trump. According this, the operation in Yemen is questioned.
