The UK citizen killed in Ukrainian war-zone

An employee of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in Donbass was killed in war-zone in Eastern Ukraine - when the car was blown up on an anti-tank mine near the settlement of Prishib. The incident occurred this morning. Initially it was told that the killed man was the US citizen. However the Ukranian authorities revealed the name of diseased. He is Josef Stone, an UK citizen.

Leader of the Lugansk People's Republic Igor Plotnitsky expressed his condolences in connection with the death of a US citizen. Ukraine accused the pro-Russian rebels, but tragedy occurred when Ukrainian military restarted to shell the rebel’s positions.

Plotnitsky recommended the staff of the CMM OSCE to coordinate their routes with representatives of law enforcement agencies of Donbass.
