Italy demands to withdraw American weapons

The Regional Council of Tuscany has approved a resolution, which requires compliance with the Treaty on The Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. The authors of this document are going to withdraw all nuclear weapons, including the US from the country.

70 US nuclear bombs are now at the two air bases in Italy. Moreover, the speedy arrival of several more bombers with nuclear bombs is expected.
