Goldman Sachs forbidden employees to support Donald Trump

Investment bank Goldman Sachs has forbidden its senior staff members to become donors of certain political campaigns, including the campaign in the US presidential candidate of the Republican Party, Donald Trump.

Since Thursday, September 1, all partners of the Bank are considered "persons limited in their actions." Anyone who falls into this category, it is forbidden to engage in political activities and / or to make deposits into various campaigns in favor of the candidates running for state and local governments, as well as in favor of those who, taking place in the state and local authorities , is running for the federal authorities.

Goldman Sachs added that failure to comply with these rules may result in serious consequences, including fines and a ban on doing business with government customers in a particular jurisdiction for at least two years.
