Early elections begin in Uzbekistan

Early in the morning the voting in in the presidential elections scheduled on December 4 th has begun in Uzbekistan. The voting will end on December 3 rd. To participate in the early voting, every citizen should indicate the reason why he or she could not participate in the elections.

4 candidates will participate in these elections, among them there is Shavkat Mirziyoyev, interim President of Uzbekistan, from The Uzbekistan Liberal Democratic Party.

Yesterday the day before the vote, pro-Western neo-liberals tried to destabilize the situation by the rumors about the murder (poisoning) of Gulnara Karimova.
