American fighter Jeff Monson will receive a passport of the Lugansk People's Republic

American fighter Jeff Monson, who in 2015 and received the Russian citizenship, will now receive a  passport  of the Luhansk People's Republic. The document is to be issued by 10 September, the chief of public relations center of the Ministry of Interior of LPR Sergey Kolesnikov stated.

He arrived today. The passport, in theory, should be handed out tomorrow.

The representative of the department said that the passport issued to Monson much faster than the standard procedure requires because it is an exceptional case .

In general, this is an exceptional case. By decision of the head of the republic everything is done as soon as possible

Jeff Monson promised to participate in the celebration of City Day, which is the 9th of September in Lugansk  .
