Anti-russian pace against the autumn session

The autumn session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe was opened, during which anti-Russian figures were invited to make a speech: the French president Francois Hollande, who made the Russophobian attack to the eve of the Putin's visit to Paris, the foreign ministers of Germany and Estonia, Frank-Walter Steinmeier and Jürgen Ligi.
