Aleppo Governor calls residents and terrorists

Aleppo province Governor Hussein Diab has addressed to local residents of the eastern part of the city controlled by terrorists, after Syrian President Bashar Assad extended the law on amnesty for terrorists for three months.

Hussein Diab said: «These foreign terrorists trade you on the international arena and do not allow you to leave so that they can use you as human shields. They also store large amounts of food, of which you get nothing. With the help of weapons, they terrorize, prevent you from exiting the eastern parts of the city».

He also urged terrorists to take advantage of the current amnesty to the end of January.

Governor Diab also added: «My advice to you is as follows - hurry up to take advantage of this proposal which shows the state’s care for its children. Come back to the warm embrace of you motherland».

The amnesty was announced on July 28 th, for three months. Syrian President Bashar Assad has not extended it for more three months on October 27 th.
