Development of China, India, Russia and other regions being addressed as threat to US Hegemony and Western Dominancy.
Global development programmes like BRI are being treated as geo-economic threats to the West.
The momentum to move towards the multipolar world against hegemonic and domination struggles, generates acts of sanctions, containment and proxy wars, making the international community threatened and unstable.
How can we get out of such actions and how nations can have the right of to develop harmless and protected from multi-dimensional threats of hegemonic and dominancy ambitions has been serious questions of the day?
2. Configuration of the multipolar world.
How can we leave the current unipolar scenario in the world?
Multipolarity of the global financial and monetary systems.
Strategic de-dollarisation is essential for a multipolar global monetary system.
Independency from dollar economy is a broader need for independency of dollar currency and resilience to created economic crises.
Collective and strategic structures for de-dollarisation must be established to accelerate the process. The global financial system needs to be shifted away from the unilaterally controlling institutions of the IMF and World Bank.
It is necessary to establish the multipolarity of economic regions, ensuring global supply chains and seamless value chains.
Multipolar strategic security balance at un-threatened and free navigation and aviation shall be guarnteed, especially at strategic choke points.
Multipolarity of Civilizations have to be preserved and promoted.
Mutual respect and admiring of different cultures and values shall be the core of international relations.
Expancion strategy of BRICS and SCO should cope with future multi-polar setting of the world. All areas of strategic balance such as monetary, military, media and technology needed to be evenly developed among the strategic poles to have stability.

Rewriting international rules and reforming institutions in a multipolar vision they and dimensions, including the UN and other important international institutions.
The promotion of linguistic, cultural and social connectivities are key areas of New Multilateralism.
Decolonisation, combating state-making, fighting proxy wars and combating westernisation are the measures to react collectively during the process of moving towards a multipolar international order.
The freedom of the unilateral order may not be free.
Collective Resilience against multi-dimensional threats of allied suppressions, such as containments, sanctions, blockades always needed as long as alliance means to destruct targeted nations.
New international order in all common global areas: Sea, Airspace, Cyber Space, ensuring freedom from Choke Point threats and unilateral control of any domain must be restored.
Rules should be made multilaterally with equal participation.
