Valery Gerasimov

When I think of General Valery Vasilevich Gerasimov (B. 1955- ), I also think of the great Soviet military theorist Georgii Samoilovich Isserson (1898 – 1976), who wrote the timeless masterpiece, THE EVOLUTION OF OPERATIONAL ART.
