Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine blames Kremlin once again

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has entrusted the responsibility for the worsening situation in the Donbass with Moscow.

“Ukraine's Foreign Ministry expresses deep concern over the intensification of the Russian-terrorist forces in Donbas. Obviously, the current escalation in Donbas is a clear indication of Russia's continued blatant disregard of its commitments under the Minsk agreements,” according to a statement.

The cynicism of such a post is “frightening”. As a result of these attacks there have been destroyed not only infrastructures, but civilians were killed.

Deputy Defence Minister and defence spokesman of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic reported “the situation in the republic sharply deteriorated”. “Ukraine’s forces shelled the DPR territory 1,912 times over the past 24 hours,” Eduard Basurin said.
