Yemen: Hadi rejects UN proposal

Yemeni President Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi rejected a proposal submitted by the UN. According to this document, the powers of Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi should be limited.

Earlier Ali Abdullah Salehsaid in a statement that any plan for the settlement needed to include an item on general elections. The plan proposed by the UN, did not provide such an opportunity.

Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia is evacuating its citizens from the border area. At the moment, 60% of people have left their homes. New provocations are going probably to be soon.

It will coincide with the UN Security Council meeting, during which the situation in the country is going to be discussed. It will be held this Monday.
