Staffan de Mistura confirms blame of Syrian «opposition»

Staffan de Mistura, United Nations Special Envoy for Syria declared that he was «appalled and shocked by the high number of rockets indiscriminately launched by armed opposition groups» that killed scores of civilians in Aleppo over the last 48 hours.

In addition, he confirmed terrorists to use chemical weapons. All these actions can be qualified as war crimes.

The operations of Russian Aerospace Forces have been suspended in order to give an opportunity to distinguish terrorists from opposition. However, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Putin has declared before that the resumption of air strikes could occur without any notice.
