In the US a policeman shot a disabled person

Another case of police brutality occurred in North Carolina. Policeman shot a deaf-mute local man near his home because he did not understand sign language.

According to official information a skirmish occurred between local residents and police.  However, neighbors say that skirmish could be simply because the victim was a deaf-mute. Police shot and killed a young man at that time, when he got out of the car and tried to say hello by using sign language.
