DPRK closed the only channel of communication with the US

North Korea announced the closure of the US unilateral diplomatic channels of communication between the two countries.

"North Korea has notified the United States that the latter should take responsibility for all the terrible events that may occur in the future", - the report states.

Such a drastic action were taken by the authorities of the DPRK after the US imposed sanctions on North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and other officials. Restrictions were imposed because of "human rights violations" in North Korea.

In Pyongyang the attitude of the American side has caused outrage, because, in their opinion, it is a manifestation of a hostile attitude.
