MOSCOW, November 7 — RIA Novosti. Russian philosopher, political scientist, and sociologist Alexander Dugin has called on journalists from CIS countries, the Eurasian Union, and Russia-friendly states to create a unified cultural media code to foster integration and bring people closer together.

During the "Unified Cultural Media Code and Transnational Media Projects" session at the CIS forum "Media Development in a Changing World," Dugin stated that, in his view, the CIS countries currently lack a unified media code, though one is necessary.
