According to preliminary results, Igor Dodon has won the elections in Moldova.
After processing 60% of ballots, 58% of votes are known to be for his candidature.

Moreover, the Liberals have demanded to dismiss the head of the Central Election Commission of Moldova and Minister of Foreign Affairs because of the lack ballots in some territories outside the country.

However, ballots were not enough in Transnistria and in Russia, which was actually advantageous for the Liberal Party (supporting the unification with Romania).
