Malaysia: Sultan Muhammad V as New King

Sultan Muhammad V has become Malaysia’s 15th king, one of the youngest constitutional monarchs in the history.

Both states - Kedah and Kelantan are the minority of the western states, where Malays make up the vast majority of the population. Kelantan, in turn, became part of Malaysia.

However, Malaysia's King carries out rather representative functions. In turn, the head of state is the Prime Minister.
