Israel supports ISIS

Center for Strategic Studies of the Begin-Sadat published an article by Professor Ephraim Enbara Israel, in which the author argues that the existence of ISIS is advantageous, especially for Israel.

Professor says that the destruction of ISIS will be a strategic mistake for the West. He therefore proposed to seek ways to reduce, but not the destroy ISIS. Enbar argues that the existence of ISIS will prevent Iranian regional hegemony, so its viability must be maintained. "Western aversion to cruelty and immorality of ISIS should not obscure the clarity of the strategical aspect: ISIS are really bad guys, but few of their opponents are much better." - Says the Israeli professor.

This largely explains why ISIS has not committed any act of terrorism in Israel, although according to their ideology, must do so in the first place. Probably, certain circles in this country do support terrorists, including financially, for the sake of war of ISIS with Hezbollah, which Israel considers more dangerous force than ISIS.
