Hybrid Tribunal: Washington came up with a new way of influence on Syria

Eminent representatives of Senate Committee of Foreign Affairs, a republican Bob Corker and a democrat Ben Cardin together with a USA President candidate Marco Rubio submitted a bill, implying development of a mixed tribunal, members of which would prosecute deputies of the Syrian government.

The agency is called a Hybrid tribunal.

The authors state it is necessary to investigate the "crimes against humanity" and military felonies. In reality, one more tool for propulsion of USA policy may be created and it may seem like a legitimate international organization( as the one for the former Yugoslavia).

There is a chance the bill would be approved by the House of Representatives and signed by the USA president.

In this way, the concept of a hybrid war (also an American invention) will be spreaded into the international law area.
