The New Look of Hybrid War in Europe: Manipulated Psychopaths and Exported Violence
Several attacks of migrants from the Middle East have shaken Germany and France during the last week. July 18 17-year-old Afghan teen, armed with an ax attacked the train passengers in Würzburg in Bavaria. As it turned out, the young man was placed in a foster home, but came under the influence of propaganda ISIS. Then, on July 22 migrants from Iran Ali Sonboly shot in Munich adolescents of Turkish and Albanian origin, and then shot himself. A total of 10 people were killed. 24 July 21-year-old refugee from Syria in the German city of Reutlingen (Baden-Württemberg) attacked with a machete a pregnant female kebab vendor. A woman was killed, 5 others wounded. Finally, in the evening July 24 in Ansbach (Bavaria) Syrian refugee blew himself up. 12 people were injured. Today, July 26 a priest has been killed in an attack by two armed men at his church near Rouen in northern France. Attackers armed with knives took hostages during morning Mass.
Several attacks by migrants from the Middle East have shaken Germany over the last week.
On July 18th, a 17-year-old Afghan teen armed with an axe attacked train passengers in Würzburg, Bavaria. As it turns out, the young man was placed in a foster home but was then subjected to the influence of ISIS propaganda. Then, on July 22nd, a migrant from Iran, Ali Sonboly, shot at youth of Turkish and Albanian origin in Munich before shooting himself. A total of 10 people were killed. On July 24th, a 21-year-old refugee from Syria wielding a machete attacked a pregnant female kebab server in the German city of Reutlingen (Baden-Württemberg). The woman was killed and 5 others were wounded. Finally, on the evening of July 24th, a Syrian refugee blew himself up in the Bavarian city of Ansbach, injuring 12 people.
Several common factors can be attributed to all of these attacks: the criminals turned out to be migrants, all of them had psychological problems, and some had drinking and drug-related problems. All of the crimes were committed in Southern Germany (Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg) which has witnessed the greatest influx of migrants over the past year as part of the Syrian refugee crisis. What’s more, all of the attacks took place at a very short interval, although no obvious connection is visible between the actual perpetrators.
It is worth noting that these attacks have taken place immediately after the terrorist attack in Nice in France. At the same time, ISIS has intensified its terrorist activities around the world. As a result of the most recent explosion, 80 people were killed in Kabul.
In the interests of the US
The surge of terrorist activity in Europe primarily benefits the United States. As we have already mentioned:
“This terrorist attack corresponds to the US' interests, as it weakens continental Europe, after the process of the UK leaving the EU has started. Now there is a hypothetical possibility of the transformation of the EU into a Continentalist Union on the basis of the Franco-German bloc, which could in the long term achieve independence from the United States. And it is against this block the US had to unleash a hybrid war, using all their networks of influence aiming to diminish the potential of Continental Europe.
These attacks promote the strengthening of nervousness, fear, and disorientation in German society, thus making Germans more susceptible to being handled, including manipulated, from the outside. This chain of attacks weakens Europe and its peoples' confidence in their leaders.
The terrorist attacks in Germany and France and the attempted coup in Turkey, another NATO power that has the potential for a policy independent of the US, prove that such a war has already begun. It should be kept in mind that US intelligence agencies have the experience of cooperation with both Islamic structures and neo-Nazis. The famous project “Gladio”, involving the creation of secret neo-Nazi networks to counter the Soviet Union and its communist networks in Europe during the Cold War, was run by the CIA.”
Mass attacks by mentally imbalanced migrants who are not familiar with each other appears to be an illustration of conspiracy theories concerning the employment of psychotropic weapons.
Manipulation of consciousness
Massive terrorist attacks committed by individuals apparently unrelated to each other look like something new in hybrid war. It is worth noting that all the attackers were high-risk individuals because of both alienation from their surrounding society and their own psychological problems with drug or gambling addictions (the Munich shooter was an active gambler), which made them easily manipulated. Such manipulation could have been realized through both the mainstream media and social networks, especially since the US possesses the relevant technologies for manipulating consciousness in these spheres. Therefore, the conspiratorial hypothesis on the use of psychotropic weapons is not without grounds.
The geographical proximity of all the points where the attacks took place proves this version. This is the same geographical area where the most US military facilities in Germany are situated. So, if the US wanted to test equipment and find special subjects, they couldn’t have found a better place.
US military bases in Germany
There is a US base in Ansbach. In nearby Stuttgart is the HQ of the United States’ European Command and Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR), which commands US Special Operations Forces’ units in Europe. Based there are also units of the Defense Information Systems Agency, Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, and the offices of Central Security Service and National Security Agency. The latter organizations are responsible for electronic, informational and cyber intelligence and warfare.
General Boris Ratnikov of the Federal Protective Service of the Russian Federation claims that the United States has developed methods of long-range mind control by hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), computer psychosis, and bio-resonance stimulation. The aim of such is to manipulate human behavior.
Despite the fact that US authorities officially deny even the possibility of the existence of such weapons, information on the testing or use of such regularly leaks into the press. On the other hand, the deliberate and massive distortion of information following the terrorist act in Nice could have also been the catalyst for subsequent attacks.
Social causes of terror
The social environment in Europe itself is also favorable to such attacks. Masses of migrants from Islamic countries are faced with an alien ideology and way of life in a hyper-individualistic society in which they cannot be integrated. Many immigrants are second and third generation, have lost touch with the traditional Islam of their ancestors, react harshly to the social and spiritual challenges of the modern West, and thereby find the "way out" through radical Islam. Radicalism is also growing among the indigenous population as a response to the invasion of migrants.
In turn, the liberal policies of Merkel and other European leaders propose to continue uncontrolled migration without any mechanisms of assimilation. This is in effect leading to the creation of Third World ethnic and religious enclaves in German cities. Accordingly, the potential for a "clash of civilizations" is set for the long term.
Exported violence
In addition, migrants, especially those from conflict zones, are importing a culture of violence and ethnic and religious conflicts from the Middle East. The algorithm of behavior in people from conflict areas who are accustomed to massacres differs from what “respectable German citizens” are used to. In the context of an alien socio-cultural environment to which they can hardly adapt, the potential for aggression on the part of migrants only increases. In addition, new areas are facing the arrival of hostile groups with whom they are often at war in their home countries.
Thus, the Turkish-Kurdish confrontation and the millennial conflict between Sunnis and Shiites spills into the streets of German cities. One of the alleged motives behind the actions of the Munich shooter was conflict with his classmates of Sunni origin. It is no accident that his main victims were Sunni Turks and Albanians. Turkish-Kurdish clashes have also become an integral part of life in the country. As more and more immigrants from conflict zones settle in Europe, the potential for inter-ethnic wars between the various groups of migrants will increase dramatically. At the same time, the increasing number of the Muslim population will lead to a radicalization of the indigenous inhabitants of the continent. Thus, the failure of liberal immigration policies outlines three fronts of a future civil war in Europe:
1. Migrants against indigenous people.
2. Migrants against migrants.
3. Indigenous people against the migrants.
All of these contradictions will be used by continental Europe’s enemies, primarily the United States, to destabilize and weaken the country and initiate a war of all against all. Western intelligence-controlled networks will manipulate European nationalists, Islamists, Kurdish nationalists, and mafia clans. The American bases and facilities uncontrolled by national authorities will be used in secret operations against Europe. With its current migration policy, the German leadership is doing everything to ensure that these plans succeed.
