Curfew introduced in Venezuela

Supporters and opponents of President Nicolas Maduro held protests in Venezuela. There were serious clashes with police, and it was reported about one victim.

In addition, security forces arrested more than 300 looters during protests. Ciudad Bolívar, the capital of Venezuela's southeastern Bolívar State was mostly affected by protesters, in some others there was introduced a curfew to prevent further clashes and provocations.

Among those detained looters there are many members of the pro-Western opposition movements, whose leaders previously were accused of terrorism.
