Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu pays a visit to Kazakhstan. This event has become the first visit of the Israeli leader to this country in the history. Kazakhstan is emphasized to be the first country with Muslim population, which is going to improve its relations with Israel.

Tel Aviv is reported to have great expectations from these talks.

Israel's accession to the Eurasian Economic Union has been discussed during the meeting between Benjamin Netanyahu and President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev. However, both Moscow and Astana earlier declared their full support for the expansion of the EAEU leadership.

Most likely, Tel Aviv was interested in cooperating in the energy sector, which was the main point of the previous Israeli leader’s visit to Azerbaijan.

In addition, some issues of security and terrorism were also discussed.
