Rainbow Colonialism

The hypocrisy of American liberalism is on display right now for any politically observant follower of global politics: Alt-Right manifestations of white male identity politics in Charlottesville are castigated as a threat to democracy while at the same time liberals foster and finance the real fascists far away in Kiev at the doorstep of Russia allegedly in order to spread democracy.
