THE CONDITIONS FOR A KUJICHAGULISM
In my previous article entitled “Black globality and globalism”, I addressed the issue of Black diasporas around the world, and the need for the latter to organize themselves into communities of destiny through the principles of what I define as ''kujichagulism'' ( see previous article). But in order for there to be the creation of Kujichagulist Black communities in the world, linked to a hypothetical Black Pole, that is, what I have defined as Neter Farafina Himaya (NFH), it is important that these “Kujichagulist Black communities-Communautés Noires Koujichagoulistes” (KBC-CNK) know who they are, so as to escape the tentacles of old and new forms of Caucasian oppression.
Blacks are the Aborigines of Humanity
Today the majority of researchers, anthropologists, paleontologists or historians, share the statement that Africa is the matrix of Humanity. This makes Blacks as the Aborigines of Humanity, that is, the Original People of the world. The matrix of the Blacks, as demonstrated by Cheikh Anta Diop and many of his disciples, lies in the KMT (Kemet) Civilization. KMT is the name given to Egypt by the natives, meaning ‘’Land of Blacks’’. Cheikh Anta Diop comprehensively addresses the issue of Black Egypt, with scientific, historiographical, linguistic and cultural evidence, in his books ‘’Nations Nègres et Culture’’, ‘’The Origin of African Civilization’’, ‘’Precolonial Black Africa’’, ‘’Civilisation ou barbarie’’, ‘’Antériorité des civilizations nègres: mythe ou vérité historique?’’ and many other books. Starting from his theory of a common matrix for Blacks identified in the KMT, he will affirm in his book ‘’Black Africa: The Economic and Cultural Basis for a Federated State’’ the need for Africans to build a Black Federal State, which could be the right balance between KMT glory and contemporary era. When I talk about a Black Pole, the Neter Farafina Himaya, it is precisely the dynamics of Cheikh Anta Diop that I am following.
The Original Man is History is present everywhere and has left traces everywhere. Today, attempts are made to contrast Black Africans with the Aborigines of Australia, the Dravidians of India, and other melanodermic populations. In reality, all are descendants of the Original Man of Black Africa. What Black diasporas around the world must understand today is that in a period in which melanodermophobic nationalisms emerge more and more, we must remember that Melanoderms constitute the aboriginality of the world. This legitimizes the need to build a Black globality (melanodermism), based on the global solidarity of Black and Melanodermic peoples in general. Melanoderms that lived in solidarity (Ubuntu), royalty and majesty everywhere, even before the Man we can call leukoderm saw the day. Africa is the basis of all knowledge from which we benefit today (science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, religion, philosophy, astronomy, etc.) and for this very reason in ancient times it was not unusual for leucoderm thinkers to go and train in Africa (examples ? Thales, Pythagoras, Plato, Archimedes).
Blacks are the basis of everything, and it is necessary that Blacks themselves and the various Kujichagulist communities realize this.
Meeting/clash between the Originals and the leucoderm populations
At a certain point in Black history, the recent population on a planetary scale (descendants of the Jamna), which is the leukoderm population, believed that what was new to them was also new to others. He will then begin to lead a crusade against the Originals. Everything it finds in the original melanodermal societies it will define as ‘’wild’’ and ‘’primitive’’, while everything that this leukoderma civilization discovers as new (for itself alone) it will forcefully impose on others, in the name of an alle ed civilizing mission. This leukoderma civilization is the same one that when it went to the Americas had the presumption and arrogance of claiming to have discovered a ‘’New’’ World, ignoring that original populations have existed in this part of the world for centuries and millennia. We can also take the example of the ‘’New World Order’’ concept. It is true that we all use this terminology to identify a project consistent with ending the racist project of a civilizing mission, this time extended to humanity as a whole, but it is worth underlining that the New World Order for the Caucasians is not necessarily for the dark populations in the 4 corners of the world who have suffered centuries-old oppression: Australia, the Americas, Africa, Asia, etc. What is new for some is old for others. All this must be identified in a system that characterizes the leukoderma globality, i.e. the looting and accumulation of material goods at the cost of oppression (capitalism). This harmful vision of the world is at the origin of slavery, colonialism and neocolonialism. Over time, Blacks have distanced themselves from their African matrix, demanding to integrate into a burning house, into a civilizational world that was built with blood, warmongering, and the ostracism of Blacks and dark peoples in general. Faced with this reality (as already written in the previous article), Blacks find themselves faced with 2 dichotomies that are antagonistic to each other, but both linked to the capitalist system and white supremacism: the right/extreme right and the liberal left. They are all anti-Black categories, therefore against the Aborigines of Humanity. Both are products of white supremacism, and Blacks (as well as all brown peoples around the world) must be vigilant. Hence, the need to apply the model of Kujichagulism that I have exposed.
Kujichagulity
What is needed is a radical kujichagulity, a break with the west capitalist system (with its white, hetero-normative, sexist, racist, colourist and homophobic privilege). It must not be a separation of hostility (even the white proletariat, to different degrees obviously, suffers the blows of the capitalist elite), but a separation of self-determination (self-determined communities of destiny). Kujichagulism responds to this need for separation and self-determination. Kujichagulism will lead us to the need to organize ourselves as collective communities on the principles of Black Power, with a structuring of community councils, which will have a representative as an extension, who in turn will appoint coordinators of a circular Black economic system, and it will be in synergy with institutional figures in Africa (if there will be a hypothetical Neter Farafina Himaya) appointed by a Guide, in turn appointed by a council of government wise men, themselves in communication with the people (direct democracy). This will guarantee development for the Black diasporas, the Black Continent, and will allow greater synchronization between Africa and its diasporas in the world.
Global Black Family Union: Fight against racism
The fight against racism will be consubstantial with the creation of Kujichagulist Black communities (KBC-CNK), since an organised, strong and disciplined community can respond to the blows of barbaric white economic supremacism, which asphyxiates the Global Black Family with anti-Ubuntu models. The fight against racism must be based on this: on radical resistance to the white capitalist system in the diaspora and in Africa. White supremacism and capitalism go hand in hand.
‘’You can’t have capitalism without racism’’ – Malcolm
‘’If a white man wants to lynch me it’s his problem, if he uses his power to lynch me it’s my problem. Racism is not a question of attitude, but of power’’ -Stockely Carmichael (Kwame Ture)
Global Black Family Union: Fight against homophobia
Homophobia is a deleterious product of the white capitalist system. We must remind those who think that homosexuality is a ‘’white invention’’, that in reality it was present in many pre-colonial societies (present-day Angola, Cameroon, Sudan, Namibia, Burkina Faso, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Kenya). Knumhotep and Niankhkhnum were the first homosexual couple in history, they lived in Ancient Egypt; we can mention King Mwanga II of Buganda (in present-day Uguanda) who was also homosexual before the advent of Western Christianity; in the Black diaspora we can remember Malcolm X’s attraction to men in his youth, or the Black activist James Baldwin’s . Homophobia has penetrated Africa with colonial culture and its reactionary reflexes. We cannot therefore speak of ‘’Black renaissance’’ and ‘’Black union’’, excluding, persecuting and oppressing a part of the Global Black Family. Anyone who acts in a logic of repression is an anti-Pan-Africanist. For there to be healthy Kujichagulism, there will have to be a fierce fight against homophobia and any discrimination that ostracizes part of the Global Black Family and fuels white supremacism. One of the pan-African leaders who had the courage to speak out publicly on the issue is Julius Malema in South Africa.
‘’Homosexuals are not enemies of the people. (…) A homosexual could be the most revolutionary.’’ -Huey P. Newton
Global Black Family Union: Fight against colorism
Another cancer of white supremacist thought and colonial ideology is colorism. Colorism is the racist thought that would like to oppose Blacks with darker skin tones and other Blacks with lighter skin tones. Due to an inferiority complex injected by the barbaric colonizer into the minds of the Originals, there may be cases in which those who I define as light Blacks skin tones (and who white supremacism, as well as white unidirectional thought defines as ‘’half-breeds’’) reject their identity and their Black essence, stigmatizing those who are darker than them. Often there are also reverse cases, in which the dark Black will see the light Black as a non-integral part of the Community. It is these horizontal divisions based on colonial and racist reflexes that will never allow true union to be achieved. The light Black born from a mixed couple is and will always remain Black. One of the geographical areas where colorism is most brutal is Brazil. Activist Amadu Kunta Akil Bumbesia writes in an article on Nofi Media: ‘’An example of a country where racism and colorism is predominant is Brazil, where mixed people are called Pardo. According to the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics, it is a term used to describe light-colored Black Brazilians. Dark Blacks are rather called Preto (…) Colonialism, unfortunately, has had a great influence on the perception of darker Afro-descendants. The desire to conceive mixed children is one of the most widespread practices that demonstrates how Black skin is still perceived today as a stain (…)’’ https://www.nofi.media
I believe that the melanodermic rate matters little, we are all an integral part of the Global Black Family, and we carry with us the legacy of human aboriginality as an indivisible Original People.
‘’Africa is everything to me. I have to show the world how the African part of me remains the most important. Even though in your eyes I am half White and half Black, I know that I am Black. My heritage is from Africa.’’ -Bob Marley
Kujichagulism in Italy
There are figures and voices in Italy who try in their own way to spread the Black voice: the Afropolar observatory, Kwanza Musi Dos Santos, Oumar Barry, Abdul Karim Assahly, Isak Nokho, Selena Peroly (afrodiasporic activism), Blaqkash (music) , Antonio Dikele Distefano through BlackEvent, and many other people/platforms.
There are different realities and different figures, Black Women and Black Men committed to the Black community. What is more necessary than ever is to create a connection between all the Black forces (the differences matter little) to build something horizontal, with a vertical mentality and elevation. The Blacks of Italy must apply and organize themselves under Kujichagulism, create Black Networks oriented towards the Africa Base, which itself will have to structure itself into a Black Civilizational Pole. This is only way to obtain prosperity, dignity and community respect. One God, One People, One Purpose!
