In February 1999, a work entitled 'War Without Limits[1] (超限战)' was published by a Chinese army publisher, and it was destined to mark the course of military thought to this day, as well as influencing the course of future wars. More precisely, the work stems from the reflections of Qiao Liang (乔良) and Wang Xiangsui (王湘穗), two colonels in the Chinese army, working respectively in the Political Department of the Air Force and the Guangzhou Air Force Military District.

The cascading effects of cyber warfare

In this publication, we will address current aspects of the cyber war being waged by the U.S. and NATO countries against Russia. Of course, the very concept of "cyber" should be understood in the traditional, Platonic sense, where "cybernet" is the ruler. Consequently, even the application of modern communication technologies is a matter of dominance and control.
