Sanctions against ISIS

The USA has imposed new sanctions against the leaders of ISIS, such as Abdullah Ahmed al-Meshedani, the main advisor of ISIS leader, Basil Hassan, suspected of  Lars Hedegaard, a 70-year old Danish author and journalist. and Abdelilah Himich, an organizer of terrorist attacks outside Syria.

The document was prepared by the US Department of the Treasury.

But the sanctions were not imposed against the whole ISIS, but against a particular - anti-European part, legitimating the terror in Syria. This fact also highlights a desire to enter a truce, when Syrian army continues the victorious offensive.
