Russia’s Defense Ministry official spokesman Major-General Igor Konashenkov has blamed the Western countries for the shelling at the Russian hospital in Aleppo, where a Russian nurse was killed and a few people were wounded.

Major-General Igor Konashenkov said: «No doubt, the opposition’s gunmen carried out the shelling. We understand where the militants got the precise data and coordinates of the reception of the Russian hospital at the moment when it began working. The instigators are also to blame, those who created and armed these beasts in human form and called them ‘opposition’ in order to unburden themselves. Yes, the sponsors of terrorists in the US, UK and France, as well as other countries sympathizing with them, you are to blame».

Tonight at 22.00 (Moscow time) the UN Security Council is going to hold a conference on the situation in Aleppo. Egypt, New Zealand and Spain have prepared the submitted document to be approved. This accord will provide the establishment of a cease-fire for a period of seven days.
