In the UK, in two months, early parliamentary elections will be held

Prime Minister of the UK Theresa May announced this morning that early elections to the British parliament were going to be held. So she hopes to consolidate the position of the Conservative Party and create a majority under her control in parliament to promote the Brexit procedure. Early parliamentary elections in the UK will be held on June 8.
