One of the key statements concerned the US.

"We know that the US has a number of programs that include our neighbors, for research in the field of biology. And their failure to establish a monitoring mechanism for the implementation of the BTWC requirements (Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention) suggests that these studies are not entirely peaceful. We attempt dialogue  with them, but until now they stray away from this conversation, "- Lavrov stated.

Also the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry said that the United States is trying to use the current cooling in relations between Russia and the EU to impose the Europeans American liquefied natural gas - instead of Russian.

Answering the students' questions, Lavrov said that an updated edition of the Foreign Policy Concept of the Russian state is being prepared.

Lavrov has also criticized the CIA-backed game Pokémon-Go and told students to "Stay in touch with reality".
