Iraqi Kurdistan is on its way to liberation

03.06.2022

It seems that the drawn contours of the clashes between the two main alliances of the Middle East are gradually moving away from the “cold war” and are approaching “hot battles". Against the background of the regular resistance of the Palestinians, the Saudi intervention in Yemen, the Turkish occupation of Syria and Iraq, plus the remnants of terrorist enclaves in these countries, the situation in the self-proclaimed Iraqi Kurdistan stands out.

If we recall the chronology of key events in recent months, we will see how things are moving towards a big war, where the end of the Barzani regime will be the finale. First, the IRGC destroyed the Mossad residence in Erbil, and then Muqtada Sadr put forward a bill banning all relations with Zionism. It is obvious that this was a purposeful plan to systematically squeeze the “neo-Khazars” out of Kurdistan. Tehran has shown that its influence is enough to do a combination of a preemptive military strike and diplomacy.

Given the deep ties between the Barzani regime and the “radical cosmopolitans”, it is not difficult to guess that official Baghdad may at any moment launch a special military operation to eliminate the dictatorship of the “Democratic Party of Kurdistan". After all, now there are all legal grounds to punish the Barzani regime. That is why the Turks organized a new intervention in the depths of Northern Iraq. Under the slogan of fighting the PKK, Ankara seeks not only to protect the Barzani regime from the impending collapse, but also to become a cover for Zionist operations.

It is important to note that under the supervision of the American-Zionist Union, Kurdistan has long been a haven for various kinds of terrorists. Therefore, military and political actions on the part of Tehran and Baghdad have been prepared for decades. At the moment, the situation in northern Iraq can be defined as a hybrid war between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Turkish-Zionist alliance. The local proxies of the IRGC in the person of Ahrar Sinjar and the “People of the Cave” have already let the Turks know that they will not tolerate the occupation of Iraq. But after the anti-Zionist law comes into force, all local Islamic political forces will line up to liberate the north of the country. By the way, there is already a religious conclusion about the necessary opposition to the Turkish intervention.

Barzani still has the opportunity to enjoy his dictatorship with the support of allies, and even official Baghdad is still indulging* “Democratic Party of Kurdistan". The problem is how long Erbil will last in a situation where, in addition to an impressive external threat (the Axis of Resistance alliance), there is a harsh reality in the face of a deep economic and social crisis in the territory of self-proclaimed Kurdistan.

* - After the Iraqi army tacitly supported Ankara and opened a second front against the PKK in Sinjar, local “resistance units” accused the interim Kadhimi government of “executing orders" from Ankara.
