BLACK GLOBALITY AND GLOBALISM
The term globalism is complex, and it must be recognized that although criticisable, it remains an ambiguous term, which must not be confused with ''globality'' (in its geopolitical meaning). Globalism derives from the term globe and brings us to the concept of universe, world and space, tracing a relationship between the latter and peoples. It is a geopolitical-social concept. Its economic side is globalization.
We can differentiate globalism into three main categories:
-PLURALIST GLOBALISM: There is a form of globalism that recognizes the existence of multiple peoples and human families, but aims to ensure that these, while respecting their essence, can collaborate and get to know each other. Converge towards the same destiny. Different forms of globalism have existed in different stages of history, since ancient times. The dialogue between the Ancient Egyptians, the Ancient Greeks, the Ancient Romans was a form of pluralist globalism, similarly the interaction between the Manden People and the original populations of America (called Amerindians). The Empires of classical history considered themselves universal (Ancient Imperial Black Egypt/Ancient Imperial Rome), but recognized the difference in this universality. There was no desire to delete the ethno-cultural fabric of the other. This is a constant of the Empire, which is distinguished from destructive, imposing and plundering imperialism (supreme phase of capitalism, to use Marxist language).
-MONDIALIST GLOBALISM: This form of globalism is based on mondialism (globalism and mondialism are not synonymous in the geopolitical lexicon, although they may seem similar, but one can be based on the other. Often for greater understanding we are forced to use them as synonyms). What exactly is mondialism? Mondialism is the American-centric/Westernist vision of the globe, the paroxysm of globalization. Mondialism has changed from capitalism, after the defeat of communism and the liberal-Western victory, it imposes itself and forcefully attacks the different communities and peoples in the name of neoliberal democracy. For mondialist globalism (or simply ''neoliberal-globalism''), the objective is the creation of a New World Order, headed by an oligarchy that defines itself as Western, but in reality has no homeland and idolizes money. Mondialist globalism is based on monopolarism, i.e. the idea that there must be a single pole (the Western one) guaranteeing world balance, as predicted by Francis Fukuyama through the concept of the ''end of History''. This concept of monopolarism combats multipolarism which would consecrate the idea of a world founded on Imperial Civilizations and States. Within this monopolarism, which characterizes neoliberal mondialist globalism, there exists another branch developed by the United States under Barack Obama, called ''multilateralism''. Multilateralism should not be confused with multipolarism. Multilateralism no longer recognizes decision-making centers, it does not see the world in blocs or in civilizations. Reject this idea. For multilateralism, there would be national states that have the freedom to be actors on the geopolitical scene, as long as we remain in the neoliberal and American-centered paradigm traced by the monopolar order. Multilateralism is therefore "American supremacy" (à la Kissinger) disguised as multipolarism.
-NATIONAL-IMPERIALIST GLOBALISM: It is a globalism that recognizes the existence of multiple human families and civilizations, but maintains that one civilization must prevail over another (an example? Hitler and his crazy ideas of racial superiority with which he wanted to prevail in Europe). This form recognizes ethno-pluralism, hierarchizing those who should dominate or should be dominated, behind an imperialist vision.
BLACK GLOBALITY: AFRO-DIASPORIC COMMUNITARISM
Globality is a whole, what it contains, a sort of world, a continent. When I talk about ''Black globality'', I am therefore referring to the diasporic Black African and continental African world. The Blacks of Western Europe, of Asia, of Oceania, of the Americas, must think in terms of closed Black communitarianism, with the ultimate objective, Black globality (the global Black Empire). The Black Man must unite wherever he is, chart a union based on communitarianism and his own universality. For this to happen, Afro-diasporic communities must organize themselves on all continents: there will have to be a basic council which will have to elect a general representative of the community, a coordinator of the community intra-solidarity economic system (the Benda, a system thinked by us Afropolarists). This will be valid for nations. Subsequently, it will be necessary for there to be a higher representative at continental level (Europe, Asia, Oceania, Americas), who will be in direct synergy with the national representatives of these regions. This continental superior representative shall be elected by a continental superior basic council. He will be in direct communication with national representatives of the Black community, and with the African continent. In this dynamic of discipline and rigorous organization, it will be possible to build a healthy Afro-diasporic communitarianism, in view of a Black globality that will not fall into the magma of mondialist globalism.
BLACK GLOBALITY: THE NETER FARAFINA HIMAYA
If the Black diasporas are organised, Continental Africa, which will be their base and supreme coordinator, can only constitute itself as a ''Sacred Black Empire'' (Neter Farafina Himaya). In the logic of linguistic pan-Africanism, I would call it this way because I am combining 3 African languages: Neter (Sacred, in ancient Egyptian), Farafina (Land of the Blacks in the languages of Mandingo descent, spoken in West Africa), Himaya (Empire in Swahili , spoken in Central and Eastern Africa). The Neter Farafina Himaya will therefore have to unite the Black States (sub-Saharan Africa), to form a powerful Civilization in the logic of multipolarism in the face of mondialist globalism. There shall be a council of wise men who will govern the Empire, and the extension of these wise men will be an appointed Supreme Emperor. But power will have to be divided, and not concentrated in the hands of one person. The Supreme Emperor will have to appoint persons who will be in synergy with the various representatives of the diaspora. Black globality will also have to be applied on the African continent: the dark Black/light Black populations in North Africa will have to organize themselves on the same model as the Black diasporas in the world, with a basic council voted by the community, a council which in turn will define a general representative for the Maghreb and a Black community economy coordinator.
I would define the model as council-representative-coordinator economies, with the name ''kujichagulism'', from kujichagulia which means ''self-determination'' in the Swahili language.
Kujichagulism falls within the logic of Black globality and must be linked to the fate of the NFH (Neter Farafina Himaya). Only by unifying Black Kujichagulist communities around the world and NFH as one (Black globality) will we be able to effectively resist neoliberal-globalism. The NFH will replace African micronationalism (Western form) for a superior union, which is Black globality (sub-Saharan Africa and Black components in North Africa + Kujichagulist Black communities around the world). This Black globality will have to be a mixture of Black-nationalism, Black radical revolutionism, the right balance between sankofa and evolution/innovation, the right balance between contemporary technology and African technique, industrialization in the African sense, pan-Africanism, multipolarism, Black solidarity, scientific progress in African meaning, a continental language (could be Swahili) with a continental alphabet (could be N'ko), a pan-African military body, a new form of state with Black African characteristics, religious harmony, social harmony (fight against tribalism, against xenophobia, against ethno-centrism, against homophobia, against religious supremacism, etc.) I am talking about an NFH open to all Blacks in the world.
Contrary to what I have been able to maintain in the past, I do not believe in a ''front of identity between Africans and Europeans'', if not a front with highly respectable popular movements such as the gilets jaunes. The African who has suffered 500 years of slavery, half a century of colonialism and suffers contemporary neocolonialism, cannot help but view with disdain and contempt the alleged ''identity'' forces in Europe that never criticize the causes of social dumping. This makes them unconscious tools of the globalists (like the far left and European liberal left), of those "migrants of finance, media and politics" who never attack. Diasporic Black Kujichagulist communities can collaborate with all revolutionary and anti-imperialist nationalisms that fight for social justice and fight against the stateless financial elite. But among these, European nationalism is different from others. Fighting for your people does not mean being hostile to others.
In summary, the Neter Farafina Himaya and its kujichagulist Black communities would therefore reject neoliberal-globalism and would not apply any prevarication on others. The NFH and the Kujichagulist Black communities will see themselves as their own universe. They will not be hostile to interaction with each other, as long as there is respect for our Black essence.
