Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte said that, according to opinion polls, the number of eurosceptics in the country is 40%. That  number of citizens would support the Netherlands exit from EU if the relevant question would be put to a referendum.

He added that the EU is in need of reform.

In particular, he noted that "the EU should focus on three things: a strong domestic market, the protection of external borders and migration." In addition, the EU "shall not prevent States - members in resolving (internal) problems," - added the Prime Minister.
