Belgium has reached an agreement with its regional powers to back a free trade deal between the EU and Canada (CETA).

Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel said: «Belgian agreement on Ceta. All parliaments are now able to approve by tomorrow at midnight. Important step for EU and Canada».

However, the Minister said nothing about the requirements of Wallonia, if it had been taken into consideration or not.

Nevertheless, this agreement of the CETA is planned to be sign next week.
