The famous political philosopher and public figure Alexander Dugin spoke at the plenary session of the World Russian People's Council. In his speech, he emphasised the importance not only of having an ideology, but also of basing it on Russia's historical heritage and values.

We must do a thought experiment and imagine: what else - other than a nuclear attack - could the West do to us that is at war with us? What sanctions to impose? Who to expel? How to humiliate us? Kick us out of where? Deprive us of what? (We are not considering a nuclear attack, because they won't do it, and if they do, it won't matter, because we will do it too).

First of all, I would like to congratulate the authors of the idea of organising the 1st Global Conference on Multipolarism, which took place in marathon mode online in April this year, on the success of this very important initiative. And its continuation in the format of regional conferences seems only natural.
