The group of armed extremists who seized a police station in the Armenian capital of Yerevan has surrendered to authorities. 20 armed extremists have laid down their guns after two weeks of confrontation over the course of which two police officers were killed at the hands of the terrorists.
An attempted coup in Armenia is underway. Last night, the situation surrounding the police unit captured by the armed group "Daredevils of Sasun" (supporters of Jirayr Sefilian’s “Constituent Parliament" organization) has deteriorated sharply. Pro-US terrorists took medics as hostages.
The standoff in the Armenian capital of Yerevan between militants of the radical opposition organization “Constitutive Parliament” and security forces is ongoing.
