At this international event held yesterday, representatives from 70 countries called for a return to the 1967 borders.

Zionism in disgrace?

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke negatively about the initiative and its possible consequences. It is clear that Israel is not going to listen to the views of any other country, nor the opinion of supranational institutions such as the UN.

Tomorrow, the UN Security Council will hold a special meeting on the Middle East during which Israel will be discussed. It is assumed that Zionist actions will be condemned while, once again, the United States will take a neutral position.

Palestinian politics

It should be noted that representatives of Palestine were also absent from the conference in Paris, although they were invited. Nevertheless, the Palestinian leadership and pro-Palestinian organizations welcomed the recent decision of the UN Security Council condemning settlements in the occupied territories.
