Vietnam builds military post in the neutral area

Vietnam refuses stop building a military post in a contested area along the Cambodia-Vietnam border, in spite of numerous protests in Cambodia.

Nhem Sam Oeun, Deputy provincial governor declared: «I have already made a report and sent it to provincial authorities informing them that Vietnam continued building the guard station».

The Vietnamese leadership, supporting by the US, has probably decided to occupy the neutral and the disputed territories. Perhaps this issue was exactly discussed by US Secretary of State John Kerry and Nguyễn Phú Trọng, the General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam during their meeting on October 25th.

In the background of long-standing conflicts between countries of the Pacific region, mostly because of China's activities, the USA desperately needs in escalation of a conflict in the region.
