U.S. Cyber Command attacked Russia

Infrastructure grids including electricity systems in Russia were attacked by malware.

Implanting code in Russian infrastructure was operation of "defending forward" as told Head of U.S. Cyber Command Gen. Paul Nakasone.  

Yevgeny Lifshitz, a member of the Russian State Duma Committee on Information Policy told that "There are no serious concerns."
