Turkey drives away «NATO’s allies»

Fikri Isik, the Minister of National Defence of Turkey declared NATO defense ministers there was no need for the NATO’s migration mission to continue.

The Minister said: «This was a temporary mission, and the goal has been reached in this temporary mission. There is no need to extend it further. Whether this NATO force is here or not, we will continue our battle against this migrant movement».

At this moment, NATO ships are patrolling the Turkish coast. They are planned to stay there at least until December.
