South Africa: report on corruption recognized as «inconclusive»

The ANC's national working committee, which had to consider the report of the human rights activist Thuli Madonsela about the corruption scandal, has admitted it unconvincing. However, according to Madonsela’s opinion, President of South Africa Jacob Zuma participated in the scandal. 

Moreover, the party's secretary-general, Gwede Mantashe declared that Madonsela's report was «inconclusive and contains no binding findings conferring guilt on any party».

But Madonsela's report provoked a lot of protests, protests and manifestations of anti-Indian sentiment (due to the fact that the report was focused on local oligarchs of Indian origin).
