Russians are negotiating with warlords in the three provinces of Syria

Negotiations on the cessation of hostilities continued with the opposition’s warlords in the Syrian provinces of Aleppo, Hama and Quneitra. This was reported in the newsletter of the Russian Center for Reconciliation of the warring parties in Syria, posted on the website of the Russian Federation Ministry of Defense.
"Negotiations on accession to the cessation of hostilities with the field commanders of armed opposition groups in the provinces of Aleppo, Hama and El Quneitra", - stated in the bulletin.

The bulletin also notes that the aircraft of Russian airline "Air Abakan" delivered to the besieged city of Deir ez- Zor food packages and cereals, a total weight of 18 tons.
