North Korea has completed the development of nuclear weapons.

This was reported by the DPRK Embassy in Moscow. The institute of North Korean nuclear weapons has informed about successful tests.

This morning South Korea claimed about possible tests in North Korea, expecting them to have a devastating effect, after the earthquake that was felt during the previous test.

Seoul has suggested that severe tests, which they call a "provocation" are scheduled for October 10.

Yesterday, during the international meeting dedicated to the World Day of the prohibition of nuclear weapons, the United States expressed the need for such weapons.

It actually legitimized activity in many countries to develop nuclear weapons, in accordance with their right for self-defense.
