The Russian military-diplomatic source said that a staged chemical attack was filmed in Syria, to confirm the regular use of chemical weapons by the government army.
"In these productions, which took place in the settlements of Seracab, Erich and Jisr-Er-Shugur (Idlib province), about 30 fire trucks and ambulances were involved, as well as up to 70 local residents with children brought from the refugee camp," - said the source.

"To make it natural, video was taken to cell phones from several angles, as well as using a quadrocopter," the source said.
The participants of the filming received a thousand Syrian pounds and food sets.

The source said that the shooting of allegedly another use of chemical weapons by the Syrian army against civilians was made by a video stringer of one of the Arab television channels.

"Multiple simultaneous upload of video footage with screaming comments to social networks should be carried out in the next few days," the source said.

Earlier in the Russian military department commented on the report of the international human rights organization Human Rights Watch (HRW) that Syrian troops in the city of Khan-Sheikhun could use Soviet-made air bombs for the chemist.

The Ministry of Defense recalled that the Soviet ammunition HAB-250 had never been exported outside the USSR and had been disposed of as far back as the 60s of the 20th century, and the only funnel from the alleged rupture of chemical ammunition was filled with cement, without waiting for experts to arrive.
