Mass protests in Morocco

Thousands of protests have taken place across Morocco: the capital of the country Rabat, Casablanca, Marrakech and some others.

Mouhcine Fikri, a fish vendor, which goods police in the northern town of Hoceima wanted to confiscate, was crushed to death in a garbage truck by an incident. Despite the fact that investigation has been started, protests erupt in the country.

Some people are comparing this case with the death of a Tunisian vendor that sparked the Arab Spring uprisings in 2010.
