Hungary's parliament has rejected a plan to ban the resettlement of migrants in the country. The proposed constitutional amendment won only 131 votes, just short of the necessary two-thirds majority of 133.

Some time ago a secret agreement was signed between the Hungarian and Germany governments, proposing to ban the offer of Prime Minister Viktor Orban for assistance in dealing with legal issues during the construction of railway line Budapest-Belgrade.
